Patricia Recalde

Patricia Recalde is a Corporate Paralegal at Carbon Law Group. In her capacity, she facilitates business entity formations, assists in drafting governance and transaction documents, and oversees business registrations.

Prior to joining the CLG team, Patricia  worked in Los Angeles law firms as a litigation and corporate secretary. She attended Cal State University of Los Angeles and received her B.A. in English. She also received her Paralegal certification for Corporate and Litigation Studies via the Cal State University Extended Education program.

New to the CLG team, she is excited for the opportunity to participate in the firm’s growth and work with a forward-thinking team.
