She specializes in building rapport, active listening, empathy, and understanding client needs while managing intake calls, qualifying leads, coordinating consultations, and supporting attorney workflows.
Her experience handling high-pressure environments and anticipating client needs allows her to create a welcoming and organized intake experience. At Carbon, she supports matters involving business transactions, contracts, compliance, capital formation, and trademarks.
Samantha holds a degree in International Tourism and a Master’s degree in Business Management. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, discovering great food, horror movies, gaming and board games, spending time with her dogs, and sushi.
