A graduate of UCLA School of Law, Sahil began his legal career at Milbank LLP, where he joined the Global Corporate Finance and worked closely with senior attorneys to represent a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks. His practice focused on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate governance.

Following his tenure at Milbank, Sahil transitioned to private practice, where he has since focused on representing small to mid-sized companies.
